Teacher07 3 Posted April 3, 2010 Most plastic surgeons require you make the full payment 2 weeks before the procedure. Insurances are picking up some cost but it is normally only if you have had multiple rashes, your stomach has to hang so low and you have to be pretty far out after reaching your goal.
