cg0604 0 Posted March 31, 2010 Ok so I had my first fill done today and it wasn't so bad. The doc numbed the area around the port and stuck the needle into the port. I am a bit scared to eat though because I do not want to throw up. He told me I could do mushies today and go back on solids tomorrow. vlp1968 83 Posted March 31, 2010 My doc. says liquid for 24 hours then mushies for 24 hours. I have had problems keeping anything down after 2 (of 4) fills. I think it is due to swelling. Take everything very slowly. Good luck! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
