voodoo 0 Posted March 30, 2010 I'm on my 3rd fill, I've gotten stuck about 4 times (can't do beef apparently). I've only lost 3 pounds since the last fill top of March and that was because I was overfilled and couldn't hold down Water...so they took a little out. I'm confused...I can tell I have pretty good restriction because I'm eating less. The only thing that has changed since this last fill is I'm forgetting to drink Water, and I'm not eating enough Protein. Could those 2 factors prevent weightloss? Add unflavored Protein Powder to as much as possible or even supplement with a Protein added to crystal light to get both the protein and Water in. Sip, sip, sip water throughout the day. Good luck! MrsShannonDennis 10 Posted March 30, 2010 EAT MORE CALORIES! I was in your situation for a long time. I found out i was not eating enough!! I was under 1000 cals and worked out a lot.
