slow.slow.........slow, not doing enough exercise!!!!

I was doing okay until the past two or three weeks. I seem to be doing everything except for eating right. I'm still exercising, but I'm also eating more. Funny thing is, I don't seem to feel that "full" feeling like I used to. Have any of you noticed that? I try hard to be in tune with my band, but it's hard to stop when you don't feel full.

In another three pounds, I will be half way to my goal!!! Of course, I wouldn't mind if I kept losing after my goal either!!

Hi...First let me say congrats on the great work here keep it going ladies. We will be reaching 6 months next month. Where does the time go it still seems like I am getting use to it. haha

I have had my ups and downs. Was filled too tight and gained weight with a tight fill. Dr said it was because I wasn't getting in enough calories. Go Figure me not eating enough. So with a slight unfil I have been doing better. I sometimes find that I am not doing what I should. This weeks focus is getting in my Water...I have made 3 of the last 4 days and I can tell a difference. Next week I am adding the gym..I am starting 3 days a week. Then for some reason the week of Thanksgiving I am going to make sure I journal everyday. That I think is where I am not doing so hot. So that is my action plan to get me back on track...I can do it with the support of this board.

Lets keep lossing girls and next month we should see how much weight in total we have lost...I think we would be surprised!!!!

Doing good. With my work schedule I haven't been able to start a exercise routine. I walk when I can but I really need to committ to do it every day.

I'm on my third fil and I"m pretty full. Hoping this one does the trick.
