Teresita 0 Posted November 9, 2005 Are you even hungry. I did not want any food for the first 3 days. I was just thirsty so I sipped Water all day and tood my chewable Vitamins. The Vitamins were filling me up, I would have to take them at diffrent times of the day. I believe that if you are not hungry don't worry about the soft mushy food yet because being on the liquids will keep you hydrated and it will give your weight loss a great jump start.
