Hello my fellow brothas and sistas, how have you banditos been? I finally made the 50lbs loss mark. It was rough, I have been gaining muscle too so it has been hard as far as weight. I hit two nasty plateau's, one at 240 and one at 225 which lasted 3 months combined. But today I weighed in at 210.2lbs. Hell yeah!!!!

I don't come around as often or reply as much, but I do check in on you guys every once in a while, I have been very busy with work and family. You guys are doing great!!! Nice talking to you again.

The before picture was taken the day before surgery 5/06/2009, the after was taken 3/17/2010.
