lovecats85 2 Posted November 8, 2005 Ok, here I was yesterday whining about how I haven't lost anymore weight, how I can eat almost a full meal, how I've been eating Halloween candy, etc and how I can't wait for my 1st fill next week. I've been avoiding the scales b/c of all the things mentioned above and I finally weighed in this morning and it was 228. Down 2 more pounds. How does this happen when I am eating hardly anything and my weight loss stalls and then I eat candy and more food and I lost 2 pounds. I am going to try not to ? it and just be happy. Also, I have been walking almost everyday so that probably helps! Anwyays, I am still going to get a fill. I can eat about 1 and 2/3 cup of food at a meal and I would like to be eating about 1 cup. HarleyNana 10 Posted November 8, 2005 I had to laugh when I read this thread title, my band surprises me everyday. I don't mean to bore others who have read my previous threads, but the scales can be your enemy. I was getting depressed over my non moving scales, only to find out I had gained 12 lbs of muscle, which is a good thing. Also remember if you don't eat enough, your body will store the intake for the future if it thinks it's being deprived.
