I'm not sure I ever felt so frustrated that I wanted it out, though..okay, maybe the first two weeks, LOL! but the "food friend" is a big issue. (((hugs))) and stay in touch. Just kidding - sortof, I really do that sometimes but don't worry - I'm no alchoholic - just someone who is human because I get stressed sometimes. I have come to realize with the band you have to find another outlet. Exersize, a bubble bath, a bottle of wine - whatever you need to help you thru those rough days! Good luck!
