GingerRenayd2 0 Posted November 24, 2003 Okay, I am down 25 pounds. The scales have not really moved in over a month. I got my first fill last Tuesday. I am starting Curves in the morning and I'm hoping that just more excersise will get the scales moving again? Like now I think I'm hungery? I could eat now... I've have today: 1-6oz glass oj--Breakfast Lunch- rib meat 8 to 10 small bites 3 tablespoons mash potato 1 teaspoon applesauce walked outside working hanging christmas lights dinner 1/2 cup refried bean, cheese, cream cheese with 4 chip snack 6 bites pieces of carmel corn-*I know I should have passed* I have also had 6- 8oz glasses of tea with lots of ice What am I doing wrong? Does this sound normal for just getting a fill? HELP!!! :cry

Yes, it is normal after the first fill, even the second, even the third. For me, I may have true restriction after my second (2.7ccs in a 4cc band). Congrats on your 25 pound weight loss. If you continue to plateau and you know it's not the amount or the kind of food you are eating, then another fill may be in order. You're doing great! Misty 1 Posted November 24, 2003 Here's what I noticed. You are eating too much sugar. Fruits and carbs are sugar. juice is really something to avoid because it's pure sugar to your body. If you're still healing than ignore me, but if you're not then you need to find more Protein and complex carbs to eat. *Most of what I'm telling you I learned as gestation diabetic with my 2nd pregnancy. BBQ sauce has sugar added, so in addition to the other sugar foods you ate with dinner you are on sugar overload.
leo 4 Posted November 24, 2003 Your doing just fine!!! And normally the amount of food is measured after the chewing.. not before. If your on a plateau the weight is not getting less but surely your measurements are. Congrats on ur weightloss!!!!!
