I'm interested in your favorite meats and how you prepare them. I'm needing lots of ideas for when I'm off the liquid phase of post-op :thumbup:

One of my favorite meals on mushies was canned chicken blended with laughing cow cheese wedges. I'm not a fan of mayo, so it was a chicken salad with less fat and more protein!
