Mrs Sabre 1 Posted November 7, 2005 I spoke with Cathy Head, ANP, with Dr. Kuwada's office today. She said she hasn't received the reports from my evaluations last Tuesday, but would expect to any time now. She said if I can get the results of my sleep study faxed to them timely, they may be able to get a letter out to UHC by Friday. I'd love to start my New Year with a Band!
