Soreness/weird feeling at port?

I've been in NY on vacation. I've walked nearly 20 miles this week.

I had some stomach pain earlier this week due to some swelling but it's gotten better. But my port feels a little sore/unusual. Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe the big amount of activity is making it sore. Just making sure it hasn't shifted or anything. I'm not in any real pain. It just feels a little different, mildly uncomfortable.

(Started at 300, down to 185 in 6 months)
