Anyone find they get hiccups more often now with the band than before?

I know I sure do, that is my warning sign when it's time to stop eating..either that or the slight pain in my chest.

Oh wow..I never put the hiccups and stop eting together.. but now that I think about it you are so right !! lol

A hiccup is my warning, too.

But it's pretty common for there to be a little bit of phrenic nerve irritation post laparoscopic surgery--and that can play in for some people, too.

I get the hiccups. I think I get them when I eat too fast or I am full. They can be loud and annoying and even hurt at times. It reminds me I need to slow down and take smaller bites.

One quick little hiccup is my warning that I am full, eat just one more bite and they are horrid and painful!
