2911plans 16 Posted April 1, 2010 This month has flown by. I did not make my goal. I feel guillty about joining a Biggest Loser contest at work now that I have restriction. I joined before my last fill. The weight is coming off effortless and I feel if I add exercise the weight will come off even faster. I have an unfair advantage over everyone else that joined. CASSIEME1 1 Posted April 2, 2010 my goal is 10 miles a day.i do 4miles on the treadmill, 2 on the elliptical or the crosstrainer and 4 on the bike.my goal is to work the fat off my knees and really work on my thighs.i was already doing 6 to 7 miles a day doing my daily 2 hr work outs, than i decided that i would go for 10 a day. no pain no gain Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
