Proud of myself

I just wanted to post that I lost 8lbs since my last visit to the dr last month. I am so proud of myself becuase now I am back on track as I was one who was really messing up wks after surgery. I have my mind set now and have been working out and eating right and just wanted to post becuase I am so proud of myself right now. I have been hitting the treadmill and going to curves eating lost of Protein. I got another fill yesterday so that should help with Portion Control . I am now at 6.5cc's in my 10cc band.
