btrieger 21 Posted February 25, 2010 You have to focus on the end result. Put what you are not eating out of your mind of train yourself to think of it as garbage. I have been on shakes for 18 days and I am not starving and have dropped 15 pounds in that time. Good luck.
Chicago29 0 Posted February 25, 2010 Congrats on your decision! You will find that after about the 4th day, you will stop craving food and your will-power will get a boost each day closer to your surgery. Try for 60 g of Protein a day and treat yourself to a suger-free fudgsicle in the evening or when people are eating the choc chip cookies...I lost 13 pounds during the 2 week pre-op.
