I am serious love this show and its only been on twice.. I think its awesome that they profile people who are hard workers and also have serious shruggles in their lives.

Being one of Hardworker that seems to never get noticed its awesome to see other hardworkers get noticed :confused:

I too, am hooked. I really like this show. It is a wake-up call for the CEOs. It seems to help them appreciate their workers, you know, the ones who actually get the work done.

I am compelled to watch it even though it is way too staged.

Managers don't make waitresses play reindeer games when there is a camera on them.

Retarded people don't come out and hug the garbage lady by coincidence.

I watched part of it. I really liked it and will watch again. I agree It was too staged, but still like it.

I think some of its staged but They cant have staged it all.. Or why they hell would they go undercover then..

It's definitely not all staged but I wish they'd give some kind of disclaimer on the parts that are instead of playing us for fools.
