15 Days out, can I still have gas pains?

Hi,

I had surgery 15 days ago and am having a weird crampy feeling on my left side / back, under my ribs and sort of pressure up under my left breast. I felt a lot gas up under my left breast after surgery - could these pains still be gas?

I thought this would be over by two weeks post-op?

Yes--I still have gas on occasion--another of my friends that was banded last year carries gas X all the time-apparently gets it quite frequently

Since banding, I feel general, run-of-the-mill gas in the way you've described. It's not related to the surgery per se, but is a new thing related to the altered anatomy, I think.
