could i possibly have a kidney stone or something else?

I've read the entire forum, and I'm not sure if I have UTI. I had a CBC done yesterday, and got a shot in the but to fight any infections, but the results came back normal. No infections at all, yet i still have lower abdominal pain. The pain usually comes and goes, more so when I eat or drink. What does the lower abdomen have to do with the band located above the stomach? As I'm typing I can feel the pain, sharp pains at the lower left area, sometimes along the belly button. I did have a problem with Water. I would drink maybe a cup or two a day.

I hope I dont have a kidney stone!

maybe one is forming? go back to the doctors and have them do an ultra sound
