Just 2 tips for others to try. 1; I love to cook chicken breast(boneless, skinless) in the crock pot for at least 8 hours with a lrg can of diced tomatos. The chicken comes out soooo tender and with the juice from the tomatos it is very moist, also get my veggies from the tomatos. I add alittle salt & pepper before I eat it. 2: I have pudding for a snack but I keep it in the freezer. It last alot longer this way. Any other food tips out there??:(

I should have clarified that, sorry. Yes I use the pre-made cups and I meant that I eat it frozen with a spoon. That way it takes longer to eat. You can let it sit out to thaw some, but I like it frozen.
