Awkward customer 5 Posted February 17, 2010 I am not getting any email notifications of replies to my messages, despite setting them to "instant notification" in the user control panel. How can I fix this?

Awkward customer 5 Posted February 17, 2010 Yes: that's where the notifications went - into the spam folder!

isaviolinist 11 Posted December 1, 2010 I would like to know definitively how to change this as well. I thought that I had, but it didn't work. (there is nothing in my spam box, either)

Alex Brecher 10,515 Posted December 1, 2010 I have changed my settings to receive email notifications but I am not receiving any, they are not going to my junk mail. I would appreciate any help in fixing this please We're having issues with delivery of email to AOL members. We were told by AOL that this should be resolved, however it isn't. We've got a open ticket with them regarding this issue, and we're doing our best to get it resolved ASAP.
elcee 3,341 Posted December 1, 2010 As far as I am aware AOL has no impact on my mail. I have a gmail account and I am not receiving the notifications. It worked perfectly prior to the upgrade.
