Pre-op Bootcamp?

My surgeon requires that the thursday before your surgery, you have to attend a bootcamp at the hospital that you will be going to. The only information they really told me at the Dr.'s office is that I will meet with the anesthesiologist, tour the hospital, and then have a little class. I was wondering how long could this take and what is involved. If there is anymore information to know.. My bootcamp day is 2/25/10 which is next week. My tentative surgery date is 3/2/10 as long as my insurance approves.:)
