bgn 0 Posted February 20, 2010 seems a lot of us were banded about the same time. i too am having my first fill on wed the 24th. i'm down about 30 lbs but feel i'm eating a little more than i should. i do have some restriction even without a fill and if i let myself, can eat too much. i've tried to be diligent in my eating and using my band an aid instead of only relying on it to do all the work. hope this plan works for the long haul. i'll let you know how my first fill goes. i'm actually looking forward to it.
