That's exactly what I'm going to do. Hopefully, my internist will help me pull everything together before the appt.

Has anyone ever heard of a pre-approval? I'm going to call BCBS on Monday and ask them.

If you could somehow get approval before your appointment with Dr. Bauman, all that would be left would be to schedule you ...that would be great. Don't know if pre approval is done though...but we are all pulling for you.
