I need a little help . I am looking for some Protein recipes on line. Someone had them on here awhile back but I can't remember where I found them. and also does any one know how many carbs, fats and cal. you should have a day?

I went for my 3rd fill and Im still loseing (slowly) but thats OK just as long as the scales don't go the other way. Im down 31 lbs. woooo hoooooo

Regarding calories, I follow my nutritionist guidelines, but I'm sure someone here has the calorie calculation. I've seen a number of threads on the subject.

I have been using the idea of plain yogurt with mustard on my tuna and fish instead of mayo. It's fabulous and makes a great tangy sauce for fish!
