Breat Size

Recommended Posts

Okay so I am 20 years old, 249 lbs, and 44 DD. I am getting banded february 25, 2010.

I was just curious whats going to happen to my breasts after I lose all my weight. I like having large breasts, I just dont want to have saggy breasts or lose all the weight and my breasts totally shrink.

Do yall know from experience?

Thanks

It kind of depends why they are big. Some people will always have big breasts even when they're tiny everywhere else and others are only a DD because they're carrying way too much fat there, just like everywhere else on their body.

I shrunk to a 12D from an 18E or so, but I guess I like smaller breasts. At 5ft 10, a D on me is quite "small", my bustline is not something you'd really notice about me. I like that clothes hang well, I like that I fit in bikini tops and I like that a lot of the awful sag I had is actually gone. My boobs have been through six years of feeding babies and a large weight loss, so they're not exactly pert, but my nipples now actually face forward and not down. I like the thin, small breasted look so for me, shrinking was a change to Celebrate.

i am going to be excited for when that happens to me!

Ya I am okay with them shrinking some. I want my top to be proportionate to the rest of my body. I just dont want to feel the need to get any augmentations, lift or enlargement.

i think losing the weight will make me more confident and hopefully i wont be concerned about that.

thanks!

I lost 9.5 inches from my bust in about 50 lbs. For a while I felt super saggy and was really unhappy. They just don't seem so droopy anymore, I don't know if it was the skin adjusting or what, but they're better. Of course, 100 more lbs and who knows what they'll look like! Don't get discouraged if you don't love the way things look while your body is changing. Think of it as contents settling during the journey.

So far I have gone from a 48DD to a 42C. I am not real happy about it. My breast are saggy and when I lay down they go to my sides! UGH! When I am closer to my goal I think I will have either a lift or augmentation. At least that is what my husband and I think....um....

I think everyone is different, but your age may have a little to do with the sagginess. I started at 44DDD now I am a 40G. My actual breasts didn't go down, but the band size did, but the cup size went up.

dont forget to exfoliate and moisturise yourself. also, get properly fitted for bras now, and also when you notice your boobs arent fitting in your bra anymore. keep them hoiked up nice and high.sports bras are good for this.. bad bras can stretch the fibres underneath the skin =saggy boobs.

My breast size also didn't go down, but my band size did. I went from a 48DDD to a 32 F. Very weird. My boobs are a bit saggy and I prob will get a lift at some point.

I'm with crzytchr and kkarryall...I've only lost 60 pounds but I've gone from a 44DD to a 40G or H depending on the style of the bra. However, I was a D cup in middle school, so I knew mine wouldn't go anywhere. Mine have never been perky, and I know they won't be when I lose 80-some more pounds, so I expect to have a reduction and lift when I am at goal. I want to be proportionate.

Howdy! I thought I was the only one having "issues" with my breasts. I was told that when you lose a significant amount of weight (50+ lbs), you will really notice a decrease in your bustline. I've lost almost 70lbs since 6/8/09 and have gone from a 44D to a 40DD. I was seriously concerned what size my breasts would be if I lost another 75lbs! :rolleyes2: I'm hoping to end up around a 36-38D and around 175lbs. I'm almost 5'10 w/ a broad build. I think I will look great at this size! Sorry, if that sounds a bit stuck on myself, but I am really working to see myself in a more positive light.

PS~ I had a NSV 2 days ago. I had to get a guard for my ring. I almost threw it away while washing my hands after using the restroom at a restaurant.

The smallest I have ever been is 34 DD and the largest is 38 DDD last year when I had my surgery. I am currently a 36 DD - I'm okay with it. I think, at least for me, I tend to lose weight in my face and boobs, rib cage area, upper body fastest so I guess it depends on your body type. Whatever, I don't care...just want to lose it. If I need new ones or some reshaping I will deal with it later. :-0 Good luck and hang in there!

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
