I got my date!!!!!

Hello!

I am new to all of this. I am schuduled for surgery on 2-9-10. I am so excited!!!!! I am also nervous of the outcome. Prior to this I had to totally change my eating habits. I now understand what it means to eat the right foods and make better choices. I am human and may have snack every once in a while. I know to stay on task.. I must remember to my plan meals all the time.

I am wondering with the band how does it feel after surgery? Also with being on a liquid diet in the begining will you loose wait as well? I hope someone can answer these questions...... Wish me luck! This is a new me I say... I will post pics tonight...

Hi Toiya, I can't tell if you've just had your surgery on Feb 9 or if you're scheduled for Aug 2. In any case, congratulations.

Everybody feels things differently. I had quite a lot of referred pain from my diaphragm to my left shoulder, but other than that I felt good.
