Meal suggestions to get to 80g protein a day

I just went for my 4 week post-op visit and my doctor gave me the go-ahead to a regular diet. But, he wants me to have 80 g of Protein a day, 900 calories, in 3 small meals. Any tips on how I can achieve this?

Some days I think I can just have some Isopure in between when I'm drinking, but I don't like it enough to do it everyday. When I write down what I eat, I usually average 55-65 g protein a day and 700-800 calories. But I am hungry between meals. I think if I can find some more protein-rich meals and get up to that 80 g, I won't be as hungry between meals.

Can anyone help me out? (no fill for another 4 weeks - I have nothing in my band right now).

What I found very helpful to me are Protein bullets... I think they are called New whey. But some people don't like whey Protein. They come in two different protein amounts, 42g and I think 21g or so. They are a bit pricey, and they are really pretty sweet, some people add them to Water or propel or something. Look them up online... they were invaluable to me in the beginning.

I like the Inspire shakes from bariatriceating.com. Each morning, I have a scoop of the Dutch chocolate cake flavor blended with almond milk---it starts my day off with 30+ grams of Protein.

I track my intake on Fitday.com, and have been surprised at how the grams add up, if I focus on Protein for meals. "Regular diet" has taken on a different meaning, post-op.
