Found something I should NOT ever eat again

Pre band and pre liquid diet I used to enjoy raw oatmeal (plain ol oats, just not cooked) mixed in with a yogurt, flax seed and oatbran. So this morning I made my ususal mix (just less of it). And slimmed ALL morning and afternoon long. Dont eat raw oatmeal! I couldnt even keep a sip of Water in till just now (it's 3pm and I had Breakfast at 8am so I have been slimming for 7 hours).

Just thought I would worn you all. It was a bad morning!

That would puff up in your stomach like crazy! I'm impressed you were only sliming, not hurling your guts out. I'm not sure I could have taken that pre-band, nevermind post. It sounds yummy but I have a touchy tummy.

did u just get a fill? quick question how many times do u weigh urself. Im addicted n its driving me crazy bc everytime I weigh myself throughout the day each time its a different weight. uuugh Im tryin 2 stop its very addictive. the scale b calling me...

My last fill was 2 weeks ago and I am now at 5.5 in my 10cc band. I weigh in the mornings, before coffee or Water maybe every other day. NEVER in the afternoons or evenings because I could gain 5 pounds in a day...all Water etc but still it messes with my mind. I should only weigh once a week but I cant ... it's addictive!

Just an FYI, for my pre-op dr visits I was weighed 3 times, 3 different scales and offices, and 3 different weights!! It was crazy, I had not eaten anything and had the exact same clothes on! Just shows how your weight fluctuates!!
