I am off to my first seminar tomorrow afternoon one step closer to having the banding done , I have been trying for years without success to loose my weight I am now the heaviest I have been for ages and feel awful, house bound antisocial and sad ...

I hope if I decided to go ahead it doesn`t take long, I have Private health cover so I won`t need to worry about the money side , although I guess there will be a gap to pay..

Well off to bed back tomorrow evening after I learn more...
