After a 3 month spell of no restriction due to the fact that I got something stuck and had to get a complete unfill, I am finally back to the point of restriction!!! It feels A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! I feel hopeful again and I feel like I can actually do this again! I have truley missed that feeling. This band is an amazing thing. I feel very discouraged at this point like it'a another failed attempt at weight loss. But I went to a support group meeting Wed. night and talked to people like you who have restriction. Can't wait. Nervous about it because I already have problems with meats getting stuck. I LOVE chicken and i can tell its going to be my worst enemy after my fill.
