Muscle Spasms after surgery

I had surgery on Jan 25th. Today I am experiencing muscle spasms in my legs and chest/stomach area. Is this normal? I have also been getting bloody noses? What would cause that? Help!

Hi I was banded on jan 13 and for almost a week after surgery I had muscles spasms in my legs and stomach. But they passed. Make sure you are getting your Vitamins - and get your rest. Good luck on your journey!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
