smith.angel 0 Posted January 26, 2010 :crying:Hi my name is An'Gel and i had surgery on september 23, 2009 and i was 287 on surgery date now i am 265 good i know but.... i have been at that weight since the end of november and its january. i dont know what i am doing wrong. can some one give me adive or a lil pep talk something. Loading up on Protein 90-100G/day probably more than you have told by the doctor (check out ISCpure Zero Carb drinks) 2. Exercise 60 minutes 5-6 days a week (Weights and Cardio) 3. 3 small meals and 3 Protein shakes/day This drives metabolism up and weight-loss down. I hope this helps.
