GNC Protein Shakes

I just want to let everyone know about the GNC Protein Shakes they are so good. They have the whey Protein and have 20 grams of protein per scoop. They come in Chocholate, Bananna Cream, vanilla. No bad after taste, I mix strawberres, banannas, yogurt, and ice I usually make them with non fat milk. They are so good. Just thought you guys might like to try them out. :wink:

sounds really good ill have to try it thanks for the information. I'm not banded yet sometime in march ( hopefully) and im trying to slow down the eating 30 minutes its just not working any sugesstions that mit work. i no i wont have a choice once the band is in but i want to work on it before hand so its not to crazy.

Good to know. I finally got some crazy restriction w/my 2nd fill and will try the whey vanilla Protein Shake tomorrow.
