I had my first fill last Monday and actually feel some restriction. My questions is, when I eat Breakfast my first bite always gets stuck. It doesn't matter if I am eating string cheese or soft scrambled eggs it gets stuck. It eventually goes down, is this normal?

By evening I don't have an issue eating dinner.....

Thanks for the input:rolleyes2:

My doc told me to expect to be tighter in the mornings and more loose in the afternoon. I haven't had any fills yet so that's the best I can offer you sorry. I do believe it is normal though as I have read about others having the same issue.

It is always normal to be tight in the morning. Many people say a hot drink loosens them up. I have never been able to consume much solid food until later. My Dr. always told me to start the day with a Protein Shake. I always have a skinny latte and often a small muscle milk lite. I could probably do oatmeal if it's not too thick. As the day goes on I can eat better and by evening I can eat most anything and have a very healthy dinner!

Yes, my doctor said to expect to be tight first thing in the morning. He wants his patients to drink a Protein Shake for Breakfast from banding to eternity!

Most mornings I drink a shake. If I wait until around 9a.m., I can eat Cereal or a scrambled egg with cheese. I'm tighter in the a.m..

It is very difficult for me to get solids down in the A.M. I usually am running late and don't have time to fix a meal so I drink those small activia yogurt drinks in the morning. Sometimes it takes me over an hour to get it down.
