having trouble

I got a fill jan 11th and got 2cc back in before that took out 2cc due to not being able to eat or drink from throwing up. when I got my feel on the 11th was fine had no trouble and then on wed jan 20th ate in the morning and well didn't stay down and then went to liquids for 24 hours still after the 24 hours felt like it liquid wasn't going to stay down but so did liquid and then felt like liquid were okay to go down and ate cottage cheese very little last night went down okay and also ate cheese curls shouldn't of but did, this now jan 23 take a little sip of Protein Drink and felt like it was not going to stay down , it did but uncomfortable about hour later took little sip apple juice and it hurt so I stopped everything and apple juice came up and now in pain and feels like there is something in my throat. This seems to happen often and my dr says that I am over eating and gets upset with me. most of the time it is not from over eating. any ideals or suggestions. thanks:confused:
