So Frustrated

Recommended Posts

I don't know what I am doing wrong. I haven't lost weight since this summer. I didn't work out or watch what I was eating in Nov or Dec. so I know why I didn't loose weight those months. So this month I have been watching what I eat. I haven't been working our so maybe I need to start doing that....I have the bodybugg. Which I have been hitting a calorie deficiency of at least 1000 cals a day. I have been eating about 1000-1200 cals a day and burning at least 2200 a day. I getting my Protein in. And I haven't lost a pound.

Are you drinking plenty of Water? It is necessary to filter the waste from your body.

Eating an excess amount of sodium can make your body retain fluids. Have you been keeping sodium levels below 5,000 mg a day?

Are you sure you are entering everything you eat in the right amount? Everyone underestimates.

Check out the documentation on the bodybugg site: bodybugg

If you count my milk I am getting enough Water. Other wise its about six cups a day. I am most definalty not getting too much sodium. I hate salt. I know sodium is in other things but still I am positive I am good on sodium. And yes I have been tracking like crazy.

After the first week I had my phone coaching and I had lost a pound so she showed me well this is how many calories you burned and this is how many calories you probably ate. Opened my eyes and I was like OK I have to write down EVERYTHING. So I have.

One non-scientific way to tell if you are getting enough Water is that by afternoon your urine is clear and not yellow.

Stay positive, your weight may all fall off at once.

I don't know if I can add anything else. It sounds like you are doing everything right.

I burn an average of 1,500 calories more than I consume which averages to about 3 pounds a week. Some weeks I only lose 2 pounds and other weeks I drop 6 or 7 without doing anything different.

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
