TinaM 0 Posted January 23, 2010 I was banded Dec 15th and I'm on regular foods now. You should realy contact your nutritionist or medical team to see what is best for you. Check out the Dec Bandsters under 2009/December we have a thread there also under Community/Social Groups/Dec Bandsters we have a thread on what folks are eating I'm eating a lot of the small tuna cans with wheat crackers (5 crackers) limiting Protein drinks to no more than 2 per day Soups scrambled eggs with laughing cow cheese thinly sliced ham popsicles greek yogurt with honey grilled chicken and veggies I keep total food under 3 ozs per meal Tina
stargate713 0 Posted January 23, 2010 I agree with previous post.....you need to contact the nutritionist and get the information you need. You can't possibly be getting enough Protein from mashed potatoes and Jello. I received detailed instructions to follow in my pre-op classes that included what to eat, how much, how often, and how many grams of protein, fat and calories per day. If you didn't get this information pre-op then call nutritionist or surgeon's office. Good luck!
