Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor HELP in NJ...I dont know what I'm doing wrong...REALLY need a mentor!

I was banded on 10/09/09 and i have only lost 18lbs since surgery. My first fill was 11/22 with 6cc in 11cc realize band. I lost the first 10 lbs while on liquid diet after surgery. I feel some restriction but dont think i am filled to where I need to be...I have been drinking 50-60 gm Protein a day..in addition to whatever I eat and I have been excercising 30 mins 4 days a week. I could really use a mentor who has had success with the band...I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

I have had success with the band and am almost 6 years out and will do what I can to help you if you are willing to learn how to "work" the band. Sandi, I lve your story, and would really like to pick your brain about your success. I was banded almost 3 years ago and had a lot of complications with the right amount of Fluid in my band. May I pick your brain????
