Hello, looking for help!

Almost a year out and can't seam to keep on my diet more than a couple of days. Need to see Doc for a fill in a month! If I don't lose a few pounds he will and I will be disappointed. Want and need someone to help me keep on track. Work swing shift and I'm up late. Lock the kitchen, however I'm always still thinking about food. Why can't I turn the brain off? Since no one can see me eat, maybe the scale won't notice. LOL right Looking for a great mentor / buddy to email with and share. Central Coast, Thanks Troxie
