Ive been on here for a lil bit now and am still wondering what "PB-ing" is? Im pretty sure I dont wanna do it, LOL, I thought it was vomiting until I found the thread saying vomiting or pb? Sorry I know its a gross question...

You may get several different opinions on the PB thing, but here is mine.

PB = productive burp. For me this means air is trapped under food and sometimes it is very hard to burp. Sometimes it can be painful. When I do finally get the air to come out, a little food may come up into my esophagus or throat and then go back down.

I have heard others say they actually heave when they PB and end up spitting it up in the trash or toilet. To me that is throwing up.
