Guest ASPHALT ANGEL Posted October 27, 2005 Hi John, When I change my ticker I go to the web site and get a new one and copy and paste it just like the first one and the click on the old one and delete it and then save your changes. Hope this helps. By the way you are such an inspiration for losing so much weight without the band. You Rock!!! Jolynn

Jachut 487 Posted October 27, 2005 Our everyday dinnerwear is just plain white stuff that you can but in pieces almost anywhere, so although I have some huge trendy big white dinner plates, I also have a good stock of entree plates, just a tad larger than a bread and butter plate. We eat dinner off those and have done for the last couple of years. I would estimate I eat about half what I used to eat at night now. Unfortunately I think I probably just adapted to eating more during the day instead because its had no effect on my weight at all but I do find now when I go out I can no longer polish off very large meals, I always leave a restaurant meal half uneaten. leatha_g 4 Posted October 27, 2005 Yep. I've eaten out of dessert plates since I was banded. I actually prefer them and cups to keep my Portion Control in check.
coyotegirl 3 Posted October 28, 2005 I bought those small baby plates with 3 sections in them. I also use a baby spoon when I eat now. It helps me to control my portions and take smaller bites!
