Thanks for the encouragement all!

Had my first day of Puree foods... here's how it went

Water throughout the day - some crystal light too...

Breakfast - 2 Tbsp Non Fat cottage cheese

snack - missed it - but should have had a Protein shake

lunch - 2 Tbsp chicken spread - really good! low fat low sodium...

Snack - 3 Tbsp J-ello

dinner - 1/4 cup cheese Soup - tastes like the cheese on mac & cheese

Snack - will have Protein Shake

:-) felt full after my chicken stuff at lunch... crazy

That's is wonderful!!! What a way to get started... I was banded on August 24th, and I have lost 36lbs., and 24 1/2 total body inches.....

keep up the good work.......
