special_01k 0 Posted January 11, 2010 Ooh its cool to hear from someone else that's seeing dr. Feiz. My evaluations were literally like 15 minutes each and over phone....if they don't call u...just call them until u get response....but love dr.feiz office....they call me before I think to call then...just did evals on jan 5th and they say I should get approval my Monday 11th....I'm so excited...let me know how it goes Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
