Just want to say hi and that I had my first dr visit since surgery today - 14 lbs down! - and everything good so far! Hope to stay this motivated at least until first fill. So far food intake is good - soft, and pureed, I do know that I have to work on the slow eating thing. I tend to want to eat fast (retired Military - everything was done fast) I need to learn to enjoy my food as I enjoy my life!:thumbup:

haha (about the eating slow after retired military) I went to a mini boot camp in ROTC in college and was the slowest eater! they had to "train" me to eat faster. You can make it! welcome and I hope to see your progress on here!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
