Recommended Posts

Cream of Wheat, apples n cinnamon oatmeal, fat free yogurt, cheerios and Special K cereals (blueberry is awesome) with skim are some other options I've done. Yummy! Hope this helps!

I have Instant oatmeal every other morning. I also add 1.5 tsp of GenSoy Protein Powder. That adds 13 gr of Protein.< /p>

I like eggs so since I moved to solid food, I have had 1/2 ham, egg, and cheese sandwich. (I use the sandwich thins - whole wheat, 100 cal each) 1/2 sandwich is around 180 calories. I made 2 sandwiches on Sunday evening, cut them in half and had my Breakfast already made for 4 days!

This morning I had a spinach quiche, it was around 250 calories. not the best option but I had a lot of eggs and spinach I needed to use. I've only been on solids for two weeks so I don't have much else to offer.

I like a cliff Protein bar. its like 280 cal but 20g Protein and it helps me get all of my calories in for the day. (some poeple might say that it is too high cal to eat)

Or I cook 2 eggs and eat more like 1.5 or canned tuna mixed with miracle whip, mustard, hot sause and relish. that is like almost 250 calories.

hmmm I kind of don't like breakfast so sometimes I will just have dinner left overs.

I do the Cliff Bars High Protein. (the ones with 20grams) Love the chocolate mint.

I do oatmeal, and Kellogg's Special K Protein--very low carbs for a dry Cereal.

I also love Cream of Rice with a little light butter.

I track all my calories, fat, and carbs but for me, I would rather have a yummy breakfast and then go lighter on lunch and Snacks. I work out mid-morning so eating a good breakfast helps me have more energy when at the gym.
