the8rchik 0 Posted January 6, 2010 Hi I'm Lissa and I was banded just a week ago. I've been obese since puberty. I'm 43, married with a beautiful 5 year old daughter. I have been having complications. Vomitting and problems swallowing but my doctor is working with me towards a resolution. I hope to meet people here and discuss weight loss and the emotional journey that goes along with it. My blog is www.lovinglydia.typepad.com if anyone is interested. My names Dawn and I am the same age as you (next month) with 2 adult children. I was banded on 10/23/09 and have lost 41lbs. Looking foward to your updates and talking with you about our journeys.
