YAY!!! I am on my way

:thumbup:Ok weighed this am and i have 1 1/2 lb. Started at 228 Sunday and am down to 226.5. Drank 2 cups coffee, 1 piece of sausage and 1 piece of cheese. Had 1 glass of Water so far. Snacked on Cashews at 11:30 (had prob 1/2 cup). Made deviled eggs and tuna salad yesterday to have to eat today and tomorrow.
