Got the call today telling Blue Cross as accepted my surgery. Go in 8 Jan 2010 for pre-op...what can I expect?

how long was ur process? I have Blue Cross and go for consult on the 9th.

When all the packet was faxed to Blue Cross, it toke a little over two weeks.
