helene624 0 Posted October 26, 2005 Girls...I'm exploring the lap band idea and have 2 questions...anyone use a DR near Philadelphia??? And....will pizza be lost forever?? Hel
Anwyn 0 Posted October 26, 2005 Can't help you with the doc, but I can still eat pizza (and I do!). Thin crust is a little easier on my stomach, and I can't eat the crust. The good thing is, I can only eat one piece instead of half a large. Some people can't tolerate bread at all, some have no problems. Sorry - I wish I could guarantee that you'll be able to have it, but it's a wait and see kind of thing. Good luck with your research!
"with the band" 1 Posted October 26, 2005 Just had pizza - I figure it into my diet. Difference is I could only eat one piece instead of the whole pizza. Which I could have done before if I had tried. Welcome to the site. Nancy
Jammin & Losin 1 Posted October 26, 2005 Welcome to LBT!!!! I mainly eat the toppings off pizza these days... since my 3rd fill I'm tight and breads and crust are a deffinate no no for me. I can eat plenty of other things though!! I wish you lots of luck in your research on the band. Wishing you great success when you get yours!!!
